Rubber Statistical Bulletin

The Rubber Statistical Bulletin is published on a quarterly basis and reports authoritative rubber statistics. Data is, in general, reported by country in monthly format for the current and previous year and in annual format for the previous 5 years.

The broad areas of statistical reporting can be categorised as follows:

  • Natural rubber (NR) production, consumption, trade (exports and imports) and stocks
  • NR exports by type and grade for major producing countries
  • NR exports by major producing countries by major destinations
  • NR imports by major consuming countries by major origin
  • NR latex consumption and trade statistics
  • Synthetic rubber (SR) production, consumption, trade (imports and exports) and stocks
  • Exports and imports of solid forms of SR – selected countries
  • Rubber (NR and SR) consumption by major sector: tyre versus non-tyre sectors
  • NR prices split between physical and futures markets
  • Export unit values of principal varieties of SR, and spot and contract prices of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR), in various markets
