Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad
Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (BMD) is a Joint Venture subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia Berhad and Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) which provides, operates and maintains a futures and options exchange. BMD operates the most liquid and successful crude palm oil futures (FCPO) contract in the world. In August 2009, BMD entered into a partnership with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) with a view to improve accessibility to its commodity, equity and financial derivatives offerings globally through GLOBEX global distribution network.
